I had the pleasureof working with Hamish for just over six years. To say that Hamish is a Learning & Development professional is an understatement. During this time I saw Hamish build, motivate, navigate, inspire, lead and excel as a L&D leader. He was able to gain a position of influence at the executive table and introduce a new way of thinking to the broader organisation. I can safely say that Hamish has made a significant contribution to both the organisation he is part of as well as the people he leads.
