The DiSCassessment is a tool used to understand and categorise human behaviour into four primary personality types: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). Each type reflects different priorities and communication styles. By recognising the diverse ways team members approach problems and stress, teams can mediate conflicts more effectively and create strategies that cater to various working styles.
DiSC also aids in personal development, as individuals gain self-awareness and understand how their behaviour impacts others. By leveraging DiSC in a team setting, we help leaders foster a deeper understanding of individual strengths, preferences, and potential blind spots. We combine this with our potent executive coaching sessions to help each team member pinpoint areas of growth and build the confidence to “show up” with greater team impact.

We deliver 3 days of interactive and focused workshops spread out over 6 months. These help leaders build a strong foundation of connection and cohesion as they work together to build the architecture of strong performance. Along with exploring teaming topics the team works on defining their purpose, working principles, functional processes, and performance goals. At the end of the workshops the team is not only inspired to work together but actually have the operating rhythm up and running to make it happen.
