My career's compass has always been my knack for thriving in complex, ever-changing environments.
I believe true transformation and progress come from nurturing exceptional leaders who genuinely serve the people they lead.
Leadership isn't just theory—it's about real-world experience and the relentless pursuit of simple, robust solutions. To learn leadership, you have to do leadership.
I started leading in business at 20, and since then, I've driven projects that brought out the best in people, from integrating a thousand-strong sales force through national training programs to transforming company cultures and engaging employees at every level. I've coached high-potential leaders, consulted on leadership effectiveness, developed holistic leadership programs, and facilitated team interventions that made a real difference.
With GM experience leading teams of 60 and managing multi-million dollar programs, I understand leadership. Developing senior leaders and C-suite executives across diverse industries has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. My approach combines natural humor, authenticity, and hands-on business insight. This trifecta helps me build solid trust with my clients, guiding them to set and achieve ambitious goals, challenge their status quo, and embrace change from different angles.
I hold a Master of Education & Training, an Advanced Executive Certificate in General Management from Queens University, Canada, a Diploma in Management, and multiple accreditations in executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership diagnostics. My experience with participatory leadership methodologies, like the Art of Hosting and Action Learning, shapes my unique approach to leadership and development. My clients often say my strength lies in making the complex world of leadership development understandable and engaging.
Currently, I also share my expertise as an associate with Melbourne Business School, contributing to their executive education programs. I'm also a proud member of the International Coaching Federation.
Outside of coaching and facilitation, I enjoy life in Melbourne and South Gippsland with my wife and daughter. It's in these everyday moments that I connect with what really matters.
