Embrace Your Golden Shadow

In workshops, I often discuss how leadership casts a shadow, shaping the culture of our teams and companies. I am usually emphasising the negative connotations of this. But how often do we look at "what is good?" and "what is working well?". By focusing on where the light is already shining brightly, we can encourage ourselves to keep showing up and to dance with the version of self we already are. We can embrace our strengths and our potential at the same time. Maybe that's a better way to learn. In the end, it's all just fun and games.
